My mission was to create from scratch and give shape to Product as a function, to a reliable rolling roadmap and to a consistent Product Suite, leveraging the MVPs and POCs spearheaded up to that moment by the Commercial team.
Launched several B2B and B2B2C grey-label apps, APIs and SDKs based on a transaction impact calculator, to enable financial institutions and their end-users to track carbon emissions associated with their credit/debit card transactions
Launched integration with Klarna and Nordea, reaching over 90 million monthly transactional impact calculations in 20 markets
Launched a B2C product carbon footprint calculation tool that enables brands to calculate their products' environmental footprint
Elaborated new B2B2C strategy based on strategic partnerships with Mastercard, major financial institutions in Europe and the UN, to position one of our products as leader in the sustainability fintech space:
Kicked off a strategic task force with the United Nations, that gave birth to the a B2B lifestyle impact calculator
Led product initiatives contributing to a strategic partnership with MasterCard, aimed at strengthening Doconomy's position as a market leader in sustainable finance
Designed, established, recruited and led Doconomy's first autonomous, cross-functional Product area (consisting of Product Management, Product Design, UX and Impact Data) for a total of 12 between direct and indirect reports
